Bari Recipe | Junnu Recipe | Kharvas Recipe | Piss Recipe is today's Recipe. I got cow's first milk aka colostrum milk few days back and I made three types of variations of Bari. I have shown three methods which are different than what traditionally made. Cow's or Buffalo's first milk after giving birth to baby is called colostrum milk in English. This milk is considered to be super energy booster for babies for beginning their life. After delivery, they produce lots of milk which babies can not consume alone, hence rest of the first milk is sold in market. I have made all these recipes based on viewer's suggestions. I hope you would lie these three recipes.

INGREDIENTS
BARI TYPE - 1
1.5 cup first milk (पहला दूध)
¼ cup kesar soaked milk (केसर वाला सादा दूध)
½ cup normal milk (सादा दूध)
⅓ cup sugar (चीनी)
Cardamom powder (इलाइची पावडर)
Almond slices (बादाम)
Pista slices (पिस्ता)
BARI TYPE - 2
1.5 cup first milk (पहला दूध)
½ cup normal milk (सादा दूध)
¼ cup kolhapuri jaggery (कोल्हापुरी गुड)
Magas seeds (मगज सीड्स)
BARI TYPE - 3
2 cup first milk (पहला दूध)
½ cup normal milk (सादा दूध)
½ cup sugar (चीनी)
¼ tsp cardamom powder (इलाइची पावडर)
Almond slices (बादाम)
Pista slices (पिस्ता)
